i'm back home now, and not sure when i'm heading back up. My plan is just to spend time with family, friends and thinking.

Our friend simone was assigned a project for the counseling and psychological services center, at San Francisco State University. Her project was to design a logo for the center. So she came over, and angela, simone and i worked on it all night. I think it came out pretty awesome. Here it is!

finals week

This week is the last week of the semester, thus finals. Just studied for statistics with Angela and Simone alllll day (3pm-1am). Luckily they made it pretty fun so it wasn't too bad. We took a break and got some super good mexican food. Long journey home from the mission. See a whole lotta things on the walk home at that time of night.

Signing up for next semester classes was just as frustrating last semester, so that kinda sucked. Not many classes with an an overflow of students. But what can you do? Just gotta roll with it.

After this week i will be home for the holidays. I'm really going to try and make these posts more entertaining after finals week. The work load piled up the past month or so.

traffic school

tomorrow, i get to sit through 8 hours of mind numbing traffic school. The only plus i can think of is that they say pizza will be provided. After that, i will probably try and study for finals. I said i was going to do that tonight, but that didn't really happen either.
The other night i went crab fishing with minh and alex barker. It was pretty cool. it was also FREEZING. we caught several crabs and brought them to alex's place to cook and eat them.

been a while

okay so i've been bad about updating. I went home for thanksgiving week and had a really good time with friends and family. I felt like i was constantly on the go, but an enjoyable on the go. This semester is already coming to a close, and boy did it go by fast. I got to start gearing up for finals.
I haven't taken any photos lately, and i gotta start doing that to make this thang more interesting.

meteor shower

Last night, or early this morning, we went over to marin by those bunkers up on the hill to check out the meteor shower that "peaked" early this morning. We went with some new friends and had a really nice time, and couldn't have chose a better spot to watch them. After checking 'em out for a while, we came back to the city and made a pit stop at donut world. Once again fresh donuts were brought out when we got there, and they were heaven sent. Warm butter milk bars. So good.

potluck

MODEL, the program i intern for at an elementary school had a potluck for the kids, family and staff on saturday. We bought a trader joe's pumpkin bread mix and baked it to bring. While it was baking, it made the house smell sooo good. It tasted pretty good too. Only about 1/4 of it was eaten at the potluck so we brought it home and have been snacking on it ever since.

On friday, we hung out with adrian. we started off just hangin out in the park but then it got pretty cold so we decided to get something to eat. we got some good mexican food and then headed out to some bars.

today, sunday, homework basically all day. Almost finished with my research paper. Went for a stroll to get out of the house. lazy, boring, sunday.
